I readily admit that Neighbours is probably up there in the top 10 worst television programmes on the BBC at the moment along with the unfunny Catherine Tate show and the terrible, no-characters-at-all, but massively watchable, Eggheads. However, I like the programme.
£300,000,000 is a lot of money over 8 years (the equivalent of 288,100ish of us paying for the programme over that time, if my maths is correct) but now we’ve got to put up with adverts instead.
RIP Neighbours. Come next spring, no-one will be watching it (possibly) 😦
